GRATEFUL

We are so thankful. Knowing God is the greatest purpose of our lives and we are absolutely caught up in the wonder of discovering Him through community ministry here on Pender Island. We created this site to be a point of connection for the growing community that the Holy Spirit has been building. So, please connect with us and join with us in experiencing the Gospel.

STAY CONNECTED

Morning fishing trip with the fellas. Just fantastic. A wonderful morning of rising sun, catching cod, coffee, and crab. Yup. You catch coffee out here.

Today, Shiloh ran after a buck in our yard. The buck charged her head on and smashed her into the ground. She laid there in a twisted heap, eyes bulging, blood coming down her face, groaning a horrible wheezing noise. Her face is a little cut up but okay and she’s slow and quiet. Praying her insides are okay too. She seems tender around her tummy. She’s sleeping cozy on a pillow and with blankets! Never gets that. And now Griffin cuddled up next to her. So sweet. Poor fluffa. All beat up. Thankful the buck didn’t go after Jude and Blake who were playing nearby. He wasn’t scared of us at all. Creepy.

Out together. Home feels so good.

Last Sunday morning at mom and dad’s. Lovely.

Ryan couldn’t watch as Stephen climbed the ladder. The view from the water tower.

Going to miss these guys. Grateful for the rest in friendship.

Enjoying an unending feast with wonderful brothers. So thankful. Happy birthday, @rmatchett!!

Oh, man… look at her… isn’t she lovely? Flower girl tradition continues. Christy was flower girl at her Auntie Ruby’s wedding, Ruby’s daughter, Sarah, was flower girl at our wedding, and now Olivia is flower girl at Sarah’s wedding. Wow. We feel old. #brettwedding
